Custom Kydex holsters from Swiss production. Since 2019, for authorities, professional carriers and private individuals.
CAD and CNC
The process starts in CAD. Every thermoforming mould is designed in-house and milled on our own CNC machine, an industry-standard machine from German manufacturing. The contour cut of the formed shells runs on the same machine. The result is a repeat accuracy across the entire series that a band saw and sanding bench cannot reach. Piece 1 and piece 500 are identical.
Forming and assembly
Thermoforming and final assembly are done by hand in Wangen bei Olten.
One-off and series
Single pieces as well as series for cantonal authorities. Fits for common pistols with and without weapon light or laser module, plus magazine carriers, leg straps and accessories. Enquiries: sales@custom-gear.ch

Since the founding of the sole proprietorship in January 2019, individually fitted weapon holsters and accessories for professional use have been made in Switzerland. The standard: uncompromising functionality, exact fit, high durability and maximum reliability.

Laser engraving service

We engrave your text or vector artwork onto the Kydex. Engraving costs 5.00 CHF and is available on almost all lines. Supply artwork as a vector file in the configurator or by email.
Material and colours
The configurator lists ten Kydex colours: Black, Coyote/Tan, Olive Drab, FDE Spring, Storm Grey, Carbon Black, Carbon Purple, Multicam, MC Black and Woodland. Ask us about special colours.
